Reiki Level 1 is the pathway and is open to anyone who wishes to learn what Reiki is, the history, self-treatment and the treatment of others.
No experience needed, only a passion for connecting deeper into yourself and the world around you.
This class will be delivered online, via Zoom. All classes will be recorded for viewing afterwards.

Join me as we dive into what mindfulness really means. We will look to #mindfulnessmeditation, how to build a lifestyle that incorporates mindful meditation, the benefits of a mindfulness practice and mindful strategies to enjoy mindfulness throughout your day.
