You'll participate in two engaging virtual classes each month, led by Maria Fiordalisi, providing real-time connection, Q&A sessions, and group discussions. Between classes, you’ll have the freedom to study at your own pace with access to all course materials whenever it suits your schedule.
All course materials are conveniently housed on our school portal, including downloadable resources to keep your studies organized. If you miss a live session or want to review content, recordings are available for the duration of the course, so you’re always up to date.

Students must complete the required class assignments, final exam and ten (10) case studies.
No! If you are not already a practicing practitioner you are still able to complete this course. You will however, need to complete the anatomy and physiology requirements. Don't worry, I have you covered with a self-paced course option for a low cost.
The complete course is 75 hours. This is includes a combination of virtual classroom time, and self-study.
This new class format will officially launch October 15, 2026. Students may start anytime and complete at their own pace.
The live virtual classes are held on the 2nd Saturday (11:00am ET) and the 4th Thursday evening (7:00pm ET) of each month. This schedule ensures you have classes during both a weeknight and a weekend, providing flexibility to fit into your busy routine.
Yes, all classes are recorded and made available to students. You can review the recordings at any time to reinforce your learning or catch up if you are unable to attend the live sessions.
Yes, once all course requirements are successfully completed students are eligible to apply for the NAHA Level 1 - Certified Aromatherapist designation with the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy.
This course is suitable for anyone including practicing practitioners, yoga instructors, coaches and therapists, reflexology therapists, reiki practitioners and entrepreneurs.
Materials for this course is optional. If you are interested in purchasing materials Maria can provide you with a detailed list.
A lot of students who apply for the course already have a selection of essential oils already. If a student wishes to purchase a starter kit, a couple of options are available (at an additional cost).
Yes! This course is structured up to provide you with the foundations of aromatherapy (Level 1). You may opt to continue your studies to Professional level (Level 2) and Clinical level (Level 3). See the chart below to see the difference between Level 1 and Level 2 certification.
