Aromatherapy, also referred to as Essential Oil therapy, can be defined as "the art and science of using essential oils which are aromatic extracts from plants, to balance, harmonize and promote the health of the body, mind and spirit".
Aromatherapy consultations are available in which individualized blends are created specifically for you after a personal assessment is completed. Blends can be anything from bath salts, creams, lotions or diffuser blends.
